We’re a family dental clinic at 11-1525 Bristol Rd W, near Creditview Rd, open 7 days a week, including weekday evenings and Sundays.

How to Book Your First Visit
Booking a dentist appointment is quick, whichever way suits you:

Tell us if you’re in pain or have a broken tooth. We keep time for urgent visits and see dental emergencies the same day whenever we can.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment usually takes 60 to 90 minutes. Here’s what happens:
- Welcome and health history: we go over your medical history, medications and any dental worries.
- Complete exam: your dentist checks your teeth, gums, bite and old fillings, and screens for oral cancer.
- X-rays: taken only when needed. If you’ve had recent X-rays elsewhere, we can often use those instead.
- Cleaning: in many cases we can include a teeth cleaning at the same visit, depending on your needs and your coverage.
- Your plan: we explain what we found, your options and the cost of each, so you can decide without pressure.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Photo ID
- Your dental insurance card, plus details of any second plan, such as a spouse’s
- Your CDCP, Healthy Smiles Ontario, ODSP or NIHB details, if you’re covered
- A list of your medications and any allergies
- The name of your previous dentist, if you’d like us to request your records
Arriving 10 minutes early gives you time to complete your health forms without feeling rushed.
Insurance, Direct Billing and Payment

- Children: we recommend a first visit by age one. Our kids dentistry visits are short, gentle and fun.
- Teens and adults: checkups, cleanings, fillings, whitening, Invisalign and more, with evening and weekend times that fit around school and work.

- Nervous patients: tell us when you book. We’ll explain each step, agree on a signal if you need a break, and go at your pace.
Switching to a New Dentist
Moving to a new dental practice is simple. With your permission, we can ask your previous dentist for your recent X-rays and records, so you don’t have to repeat them. If you’re partway through treatment, bring any notes or plans and we’ll pick up where you left off.
